Our perspective

We see our service to our customers as cooperation in a supply chain. We understand our partners serve their customers and our role is to ensure continuity of deliveries, which in turn will enable our customers planning on-time deliveries to their customers. We believe that process-based approach to cooperation will enable to find opportunities to reduce costs and share the savings. Our asset is a thorough understanding of our customers’ operating principles and our operating model fits in with our customers’ mode of operation. 

Best practices

Throughout years we have worked out best practices:

  • Keeping our promises. Our working method makes it possible to keep the promises made to our customers. In really extraordinary situations we notify a customer about the problem and suggest several solutions in order to ensure continuity of deliveries.
  • Comprehensive service. At our customers’ request we are able to maintain stock levels of previously ordered components and raw materials (sheet metal).
  • Process-based approach. Our processes form our company’s process map and thus we avoid chaos and ensure good organisation. On the basis of processes we selected and implemented an IT system that supports most business processes in the company.

Order performance

The first step is to receive documents to prepare quotation. We do it in the shortest possible time, usually no more than 1 day. The quotation contains a scheduled delivery term and is sent to the customer directly after its creating. After the customer accepts the quotation, the order is executed and sent to the customer, and the customer is usually notified 1 day before the delivery.

Organisation

For customers’ convenience the processes have been organised in such a manner that the customer only receives communications from one person. Such a solution greatly improves customer service by shortening the time needed for reply to customer’s enquiries.
